Thank you for being part of LumeoPrime. It has been our pleasure to help you craft and grade your photos. We respect your right to control your personal data, including the right to permanently delete your account whenever you wish.
How to request deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data, please send an email from the address registered to your account to support@lumeoprime.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". Sending the request from your registered email lets us verify that the account belongs to you.
Please include
- The email address associated with your LumeoPrime account.
- The sign-in method you used (email, Google, or Apple), if you remember it.
- Optionally, the reason for leaving — your feedback helps us improve.
What happens next
We will confirm receipt of your request and process it as quickly as possible, normally within 7 business days. Once completed, we will email you to confirm that your account and its associated personal data have been permanently removed from our systems.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile (email, display name, and avatar), your sign-in identity, any saved AI-composition history, verification codes, and other personal data tied to your account. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
Note: photos you edited are stored only on your own device and are never uploaded to our servers, so they are unaffected by account deletion and remain on your device until you remove them yourself. Certain records may be retained for a limited period only where required by law (for example, transaction or tax records).
Prefer to do it in the app?
If you are signed in on the LumeoPrime app, you can also delete your account directly from Me → Settings → Delete Account, which removes your account and data immediately.
